The Million RosesReviews of themillionroses.com

The roses came out beautiful and the package arrived on time. I was just very disappointed that the roses did not smell good. It just smelled like cardboard box if I’m spending hundreds of dollars on roses, I would expect them to smell like actual flowers.

It looks bigger than what it actually is

For the price point, very small flower display.

Roses weren’t delivered on the actual day Just like when I had ordered some for Valentine’s Day got delivered a few days after Valentine’s Day then I got a email say I would get my shipping and handling refund back which I never did but other than the roses are beautiful thanks

The flowers appears 'not so fresh' as my expectation was; anyway the aspect has been appreciated by our friends that has received the parcel.

Roses were great but I paid extra for fast shipping and it was shipped late and no response when I reached out asking about any refund or credit on the late shipping

The package came in time of the delivery date which I was happy of because my anniversary fell on the exact date. I then came home to the box to structurally be in a good condition. But once opened, the bouquet itself was not. The side of the bouquet was pushed in on the sides like the box may have been tossed around before delivery. The bouquet itself was beautiful just the integrity of it was not.

When placing the order the Q & A said I could set a delivery range. I was not able to do that. I immediately sent an email to customer service as I couldn’t find a phone number. No answer. Sent a second message. Never received a reply and the order shipped way before the birthday of the person I was sending it to. Very disappointed. Then I started receiving offers for purchases better than I had just placed.
