Would give one star if I could! Clearly a scam! Vast amount of cash paid, extra paid for guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day….. nothing…. now been blocked on social media and no response from their help email address

Do not use at all costs… All the experiences below are undoubtedly true as experienced by myself yesterday.

What shines on the outside stays on the outside....These people are an absolute disgrace and no phone number and zero customer service and have embarrassed me. I paid £195 on 2 feb and paid extra for a guaranteed valentines day delivery. Its now the 15th and he has still not received his roses. I am demanding my money back. Terrible customer service. AVOID THEM. They are a let-down.

The company is a scam. Paid 500 pounds for valentines flowers for my wife and they never arrived. I even paid premium delivery charge to make sure they arrive on time. The company does not even reply to emails and phone calls. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, they delete your comments on their social media. Ignore your messages and their telephone number does not work. I was promised Guaranteed Delivery for Valentine's Day, and no flowers for my Fiance today. This company is a scam!

These people have the ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICES!!! I paid for an order almost two weeks in advance to be delivered on valentines day. I contacted them over a week in advance to have the delivery address changed only to be contacted 2 days before valentine day and told I could not change the delivery address. Knowing this is a valentines day delivery they send to a location where no one is there to recieve the gift, so guess what know. Gift ia not recieved on valentines day. Totally defeats the purpose please send my money back.
