I bought flowers last week 2/3/23 and were suppose to arrive on the 2/10/23 it came to the day and nothing my package was marked as delivered and it wasn’t there I have a ring doorbell and no one ever came up to my front door to the leave my package I try getting in contact with them and all they ask me for a claim number which I can’t provide because I wasn’t given none and they later tell if I want a replacement and or a refund and after that they stop replying and don’t reply to any of my text I’m so annoyed on trying to contact them and the issue not being solved. Scammed of $50 honestly

My bf ordered me 200 roses and he paid extra to be delivered on Valentine’s Day they have not come and UPS are saying they haven’t received them we want our money back I contacted million roses on Instagram no help what so ever my bf will be contacting his bank awful service! They also blocked me on Instagram which I found so unprofessional plz be very wary I think this is a fraudulent company

So far no sign of valentines roses order paid for express delivery and nothing called number 55 times each time they hang up will be requesting refund from credit card

Order doesn’t arrive and phone number goes dead. It’s a scam. Very sad.

I purchased a million roses box and payed 102€ choosing for fast delivery in order to receive my roses for today. On the order they guaranteed that the delivery day was 14/02/2023. And now, DHL says that the roses will be delivered tomorrow. I can’t believe it!! I purchased them only for st Valentine’s Day and now i’m without a present for my girlfriend! I want my money back, that’s too bad.

I ordered one of there inexpensive arraignments for my wife's birthday and this very small box arrives. I was so embarrassed that I went and purchased standard flowers. When I gave them to my wife she was disappointed. My live flowers got me out of the dog house. The company did not do anything wrong, but the photos are deceptive. The inexpensive arraignments are extremely small.

Terrible. Their reviews on their website are all false. Tiny box of flowers sent about a third of the size of the ones advertised. Shocking
