I paid extra money for shipping. I've been waiting for the product for over 11 days. It hasn't even been handed over to DHL yet. Customer service doesn't answer. Bad Facebook comments will be deleted. I will withdraw my money. If you want to surprise your loved one, I advise against this company.

The same as everyone else here, ordered two of the single roses for my mother and my partner. One arrived on time no replies since to my emails requesting the other be sent. Didn't even ask for a refund, will be contacting my bank to claim back the entire amount if no reply.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY they don't deliver on time they took a wonderful gift that I had saved up for during these hard times and ordered on the 9th of Feb for a delivery on the 17th of Feb no issues right? even spent money for signed delivery to make it more flash. Nope, I got the flowers sure but on the 20th, and as for the delivery they just took a picture of them and left them in a shed in the pouring rain... I'm awaiting my money back for failed promises and failed delivery don't know how they have so many good reviews they must be buying them.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed a $500 order for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day. I received a shipping confirmation. The flowers were never delivered. The company never contacted me. I sent an email as instructed to on their website and no one responded. I called 19 times over the course of several days before anyone even answered the phone only to tell me that they could not provide me a refund and could not transfer me to speak with a manager that could. You cannot leave a voicemail. I asked to speak with a manger and was told it would take two to three days for a manager to call me to process my refund. After this call, I received an email from the helpdesk telling me that they refunded me my $19 in shipping costs for the order that never shipped and told me that if I do not want the flowers I ordered for Valentine's Day that I would have to ship the flowers back for a refund. I then received an email stating that when I placed my order they were out of stock and this was the reason my order was "delayed." My order was not delayed, it was never shipped because they did not have what I ordered and thought it was acceptable not to inform me of this and just ignore me when I asked for a refund. After several more emails I received a refund. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had and they keep making it worse. Still, no return call from a manager.

I wish I've read the reviews on this company before I ordered on Feb 10th 170€ flowers for Valentine Day. On Feb 14th the flowers have not been handed to DHL yet. The customer service said that DHL has lost the flowers (which I believe is an excuse, since many customers had the same experience) and that they could send the flowers within 1 day, Today (Feb 17th) my order is still missing despite the e-mails of complain. In the end, I've received this e-mail: "Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Don't wait longer really sorry probably it get lost :( We returned the money back to you.". I'm speechless.

Avoid this company at all cost, you will pay a lot for no services and no item either !! Like many other people, i have ordered on february 13 a present from their website for the Valentine day and payed an extra delivery service to be sure that the delivery will be done the 14 th before 12 AM. We are the 15 (7 PM) and nothing ! Wrote two comments and claims via their website : no answer. This company have to be ignored. Its a million scandale !
