Ive never had such terrible customer service in my life. I placed an order for one of their $499 Crystal packages as a 1st time customer. About an hour after I placed the order online, I called them to ask some questions about the delivery time. The lady with whom I was speaking with was extremely rude and basically told me to cancel my order. She refused to answer my questions adequately and kept talking over me as I was trying to get some information from her and then she had the audacity to accuse me of needing to calm down. I had to raise my voice slightly as she wouldn't allow me to talk. Then she decided to mock me saying you're right cuz you're the customer. I guess Its all about her! Its too bad because I was excited to order from this company and most likely would have ordered on a monthly basis. I will not give my money to a company that treats their customers like garbage for asking a question! In addition, they have a lot of complaints to the Better Business Bureau probably for good reason!

Intentionally sent me the wrong box then told me they can’t send the wrong box without me returning it, then getting a new one whenever it’s in stock... and I have to spend $100 more with them to use their “gift card” they offered... Response was cold. Never using again: “We are sorry for this inconvenience. Its our flower logo, we out of stock for LA logo. If you don't like it. Please return it back to us. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it. Once we receive the flowers back, you will be issued a refund for your purchase. Or we can sent out a replacement next week or so. Or you can keep it and get a gift card amount of $50.00 for your future purchase with us.”

I ordered a classic pastel rainbow eternity roses in a white box. The customer service confirmed me before ordering that it was possible but my request was completely ignored. I also received only 13 roses, not the best quality, instead of minimum 14 promised for this product. I then tried reaching customer service by email, chat and phone - unsurprisingly, they are now impossible to reach ! I will never order from this website again and make sure this is made public.

AVOID - Do not order from this company. They are a scam! My husband ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day costing 288 euros The roses arrived firstly the wrong ones - blue instead of white and half size and price on their website. We complained and then they sent another one. But the roses they sent again were wrong and arrived squashed and damaged. I emailed them Images of the damaged flowers. They were extremely rude and even called myself and my husband by wrong names in the emails. They said please return the roses for a refund which we did - that was 2 months ago and they have ignored us and are not refunding the money. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
