Much like other reviews my order arrived late. I ordered some flowers for Valentines for my partner and even though I ordered it in plenty of time and selected a delivery date of Valentines day, the item didn't arrive until 2 days later. For such a premium priced product you expect not only a quality product but also a quality service, and the order wasn't only late but the customer service also atrocious. I made a complaint about the late delivery and after multiple chases I was offered a voucher code for my next order. I explained that I would never be ordering again and would prefer a cash refund at their discretion to which I received a reply pretty much along the lines of 'the voucher is the best I can offer you'. Won't ever use again and wouldn't recommend! Avoid!

Not only did roses arrive over a week after promised, the color was not what ordered, Customer service required that I jump through several hoops even though this organization made several unforgivable errors. I made no errors. I had asked them to send the correct color. They refused, implying that I was lying. All that they offered was a credit against my next purchase. Why would I want to do business with these incompetents again?

I placed a order for nearly one hundred pounds on 9 February it is now 1 march still no order keep gettting in touch about this my money was taken out of my account when order was placed they are saying there is nothing they can do I need to contact delivery company who they will not tell me who it is this is a terrible company with terrible customer service

Feels like a complete fraud - ordered as a gift and payed for express 24h shipping - 2 weeks later the package wasn't even handed to DHL - only after every day emails with very limited to no replies form customer support, I finally got my money back after I told them I will hand the issue to my lawyer.

Ridiculous company who refuses to tell me who sent me a gift from The Million Roses. So I receive a gift from The Million Roses with NO card enclosed. I write THREE times asking who sent me the gift and they say “we don’t have that information.” How goofy is that??

I should've came here first to see the reviews of this company before I spent money on their site! Basically, I ordered preserved roses to arrive here on a specific day, so I can receive it, wrap it up in a nice package with some other items and then send it to the country where my partner was visiting family in time for Valentine's Day. I spent an extra £15 on top of the normal delivery costs for this to be guaranteed. It wasn't. Really annoyed, as by the time it came, it was too late to send it on to reach her on time. Ruined the surprise and wasting money especially in this economic climate doesn't exactly feel me with joy! Sent an email to customer services and until this day...no response. Avoid spending your hard earned cash with The Million Roses company!
