The roses were great and received really well when they arrived. Unfortunately I ordered several weeks in advance for delivery on Friday 8/15 to coincide with an event. Order ended up arriving on 8/18

Over priced. I am so disappointed in the quality for what I paid. My purchase was on sale and $90. I would have been extremely upset if I paid the full price. I received a similar item as a gift and the person purchased my gift on Amazon. It was less in price but better quality

Not what I was expecting

My purchase was considerably more expensive than my previous purchase, even though it was a smaller product.

Two days after delivery there is already petals falling off onto the ground

I purchased this arrangement to surprise a friend for their birthday. The surprise was ruined b/c Million Roses sent them a text displaying the order and Happy Birthday message two weeks earlier than the selected delivery date (Do not enter the phone number of the person you are sending the roses to b/c they notify the recipient). I purchased a “send a cake” arrangement to surprise them on their birthday since they were alerted of the Million Roses delivery. The roses were supposed to be delivered yesterday on their birthday but were not delivered. I am receiving confirmation of them being out for delivery on today.

I ordered some forever roses for my lady and I live in Virginia and she's in California. I contacted the store where they were being delivered to and they told me that I had to be present to pick up the flowers. I explained that I don't live in California and I got them for someone who lives out there. I was then told that because of people fraudulently picking up roses( most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life). She opted to tell me that the only possible way for her to get them was that I send my lady a pic of my ID and the order number and show them when she arrives so they know it was me who ordered the flowers. The site doesn't give an alternate person for pickup, nor an option to change it after it's ordered. Do not buy flowers from these people unless you are the one picking them up and don't be a romantic and send flowers across country because your significant other won't be able to pick them up

Roses are beautiful, but- 2 weeks to have delivered with no mention of that when ordering. I requested a delivery date never said that it can’t be done just no communication after the order. It said processing and awaiting package for over a week. If I didn’t get them on a discount I would have cancelled. I had to buy other roses in the meantime until they got there.
