Take care of the fish to ensure a safe arrival
Takes a bit of time to get the fish, and no updates of shipping progress, but all in all they take care of the fish and all have arrived safe and sound.

Placed a second order
I ordered 6 discus about 2 weeks ago and the quality is very good, showing nice coloration and patterning.One of the discus lasted about a day or 2 due to the stress of shipment,told Frank and he replaced the discus this shipment. Rare that somebody backs there product as Ifishstore does. Frank was very accommodating in answering questions promptly and provided some food to get the fish eating and acclimated to there new environments. Recieved 6 healthy discus today,a few were a bit undersized but I'll take quality over size. Packaging is done professionally and with care. Delivery was on time and easy to track. Will order again!

This is the first time I've ordered…
This is the first time I've ordered from iFISH. I ordered 24 Africans. The day before they were supposed to ship, my tank was infected with Ich. I called and Frank said no problem on holding my order until I got my tank back in order. Once I felt everything was all clear, I called back and the fish were delivered immediately. All the fish were packaged individually, which surprised me (in a good way). I ordered 2" fish. The fish I received were 2". I've ordered fish before and the size I got was actually quite a bit smaller than what I was told they would be. So, I was happy to see that they were actually the size that I purchased. 23 of 24 fish were alive and doing well. There was one casualty. However, iFISH offered me a refund or credit immediately. All the fish have great coloring and appear to be of a quality breed. Overall, I am very happy with this experience. They have exceeded my expectations and I will use them again.
