Bought six fish one was dead on arrival two others died within 48 hours called and got no answer so I left a message never got any response. Reputable business would have guaranteed this situation. Won’t use again

Hello Billy; We do guarantee live arrival and make every effort to work closely with our customers if shortly beyond that period there are circumstances resulting in perished fish. If there are issues with are channels of communication we certainly want to fix them. Can you offer any input on when you left a voicemail so we can track down the issue non why there was no response from our end?
