The fish all arrived alive but I…
The fish all arrived alive but I realized the next morning that two of the yellow tailed ACIA had ick which quickly spread to my other fish. The tank was very well established for at least ten years without any problems. I was unable to save any of them. And everything in my fish tank died including all of my older fish. I hate to give bad reviews but I thought other people should know. I never called them about the issue because I figured it wouldn’t have mattered.

Hi Pauletta; We’re really sorry to hear this, especially knowing you lost not only the new fish but your longtime fish as well. We completely understand how upsetting that must have been. We do want to clarify one important point, though…it absolutely matters that you contact us at the first sign that something doesn’t look right. We ask customers to reach out immediately so we can gather information about how the fish appeared upon arrival, the acclimation process, tank parameters and what symptoms they’re seeing. In many cases, that gives us an opportunity to work with the customer and help turn the situation around before it progresses. We really wish we’d heard from you when you first noticed the spots on the Yellow Tail Acei so we could have tried to help. We’re very sorry we didn’t have that opportunity.
