Very poor experience with the Hartford I pay money for coverage and they would not even approve a simple STD . Tammy Kaufman no help at all. The Hartford does whatever it can not to pay it's customers. They will ask for documents and then create reasons that lack substance for denying your claim. So much time invested in giving them required paperwork. All for nothing. .

It’s been 3 weeks since my 70+ year old mother filed a claim and they have not done anything. My mother‘s agent went on vacation and didn’t even notify her and then the other woman whose number she got from that agents Voicemail went on vacation (after she was really rude to my mom for complaining because she didn’t know what else to do) and didn’t notify her. It’s unreal and we have never dealt with a such a terrible, negligent insurance company.

The Hartford is a sneaky snake company. They are in business to take your money and hold on to it. You will pay more with them than any other Insurance company AARP or not. When you make a claim for anything they immediately start looking for ways to get out of paying for what you paid them to cover. They already know all the loop holes and back doors to screw you over. Avoid this cheap cut throat company!

Shame on You CEO of AARP trusting Hartford backward insuranve Co.
