Payment was not approved for two months. Now all of a sudden Aug was taken out. but they still cancelled me. They kept telling get a letter from the bank. Really I asked the bank for a letter and they said the could not give me one a letter. Go figurer. If you are a senior don't rely on them!

Horrible I didnt request for hartford to put my daughter funds into any account but the lawyer i had bamboozled me and now i am stuck with this company i feel like the lawyer and hartford tried or did scam me because i was young at the time i hired my lawyer and i was not aware of the lawyer talk and every one got paid except me and my daughter when we fell on hard times i know now from experience not to trust lawyer or insurance company like hartford very disappointed and feel very used her case was 2006 not sure on the month and date

No follow up. No communication. With Hartford you are on your own. There is no one to talk to if you want to speak with a supervisor or any management person. The call center is just to answer the phone and tell you they can't do anything. Very disappointing and frustrating.

They are absolutely AWFUL! One of there customers ran a stop sign and hit my truck causing total loss. That was over a month ago and I still haven’t gotten a check from them. Can’t even get ahold of my adjuster “Tara smith” Tara is awful at her job. 2 weeks it took me to get ahold of her. Then she ghosted me for another week. Each time it was a different excuse. The Hartford got me a rental car but have to return it today and will now be without a vehicle… god help you if you have to file a claim with these people. They clearly don’t care about anyone or anything but $$
Frustrated
Spent about 2 hours getting documentation and information for auto and home insurance quote, as the website instructed. No way to upload, and site gave P.O. box to snail mail. Heard back by email and we were told we did not include all information and we couldn't receive the quote and would have to do over and send again. No details as to what exactly was needed. We provided everything. No reason not to receive a quote, since we have had to produce far less information to receive quotes from other companies. A very frustrating experience and a bad impression of the company.

The heartford stabs your back. And not pays on yoyr claim. It is the only insurance company that has to convince you that have customer satisfaction. Never do they claim low prices or fast claim resolution.

Moved. Increased premium said it was because I moved. Address was updated by apartment number only to an address that didn’t exist. Incredible increase in auto premium. Never had a claim. Called to inquire why. Offered a “safe driver” course. I work from home and don’t drive much and their app harasses me for it. Awful experience. Dropped. Then they charged my premium of course I can’t wait to see how long to get that $200 back if ever.

We have been with Hartford more than 30 years. Just one claim and got the letter our policy in going to be canceled. Trying to reach for explanation but person denied to contact with superiors, and can explained clearly we 'and hung up a phone. We found out during the origination of claim they said we were not here. We mentioned we have management company about our property that took care of our property Plus, we are senior citizen, AARP membership more then 20 years. Conclusion: They are not really supporting the customers
