I have Hartford ATM, switched from allsate and Hartford went up on my policy 200 a month. No ticket or insurance claims....and I'm over 50. When I call and ask why they say it's a state wide policy increase. And I have had Hartford for over 2 years now....what's up with that..bot 200 for my policy but 200 a month

Have waited 4 months for flood insurance to pay us....every week they say it is in review....they take your money each month fir flood insurance but try getting g them to pay before you are homeless from waiting on the cheque

I was with Hartford for years and made payments through their auto pay system. When I changed the credit card to use, they continued to charge the card I deleted. The result? They cancelled my policy. Repeated calls to customer service was worthless. "The Hartford" does not make mistakes".

I paid for 6 months of coverage, this time last year, up until end of July, approximately $730, like I said up until end of July and this company canceled my policy in spring, March or May, for, as they claimed, " Lack of Payment ' ??? I tried to contact them, they refused to take my call, so bottom line, this company, hartford is a bad insurance company, would recommend future potential customers to look elsewhere !!

The Hartford Insurance is the worst until you get into hit and ran car parked you will be making 2 claims and yet more deductible. This company requested I send photos of my damages and I did do you know they never looked at my pics of my damages they just deposit $976.54 and $250 deductible into my account which my car is more then that amount. Once the shop contact them about my Back Door Quarter panel the claims agents went missing they never called back and never responded at a timely request with the shop and or me as the customer. Only give you $20 a day for rental and yet impossible to get anything for that amount with enterprise. It’s been 3 weeks with me without a car or rental and I have a disability and it hard for me to get around due to my accident with my ankle. Hartford Insurance is the worst and have taken advantage of senior citizens and I can’t take it no more. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed. Never used my insurance funds first time and will be last. I am looking for other insurance. They didn’t look at pics I send to them they just gave a cost and then had me file another claim. My deductible is $750 reason for Hartford informed that I had to file another claim. My car was hit and run on Nov 29, 2024. I am seriously going to file a lawsuit against this company have attorney in my family was given advise. I have nothing the agent Samira Korkutovic, is the agent this person never pickup phone nor does she update you or anything. They are taking advantage of senior this company under AARP. Sad but true. Have judge and Attorney in my family and I am getting legal advise is to file lawsuit or maybe Class action lawsuit. Immediately need to be investigated.

I wish I had checked the reviews before signing up for this garbage. This company is truly NOT in business to help anyone, I don't know how they are still in business with the ridiculous practices they have in place. Don't be fooled. Get better coverage elsewhere. Because if they don't withdraw funds from your account on the day you set it up, they change the date, the fund don't withdraw on the new date that they decide to take it, they cancel your policy and its your fault.

Shame on this company for the disability claims process, designed to discourage claimants until they eventually give up. Slimy company...

Filing FMLA paperwork. Every year it is a hassle it should be easy you fill out your part doctor fills out there it get filed but no lets try to make a claim instead .Hartford can start by training there people not to be so dam stupid . FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE not that hard people its there incase something happens and it protects your job then you intelligent people try to make a claim out of it. I give up because you can't fix stupid
