Completely worthless company. I have been with the for over 20 years, got an email saying my insurance was automatically renewed, never happen and never got a email nor a phone call reminder. Policy got cancelled and cannot get renewed? Called right away, and support cant do anything. Not send email not transferring calls due to no knowledge support and policies. Stay as far away as possible from these scammers, loyal customer for 20 years and cancelled rightaway 👎

Could not even get a quote. I have one vehicle that is registered to myself and another family member. We are in the process of transfering it to me. The rep asked if all of the vehicles were in my name and I mistakenly told her about the change. They would not even give me a quote, even as I told her the vehicle would be transferred before I changed insurance. If I had never said anything, I would have the quote and could have gone on with my day. It's ridiculous. If you say ANYTHING about any of your vehicles ever having been registered to another person you will not get a quote, or any service. Yet they will keep your information in their database and sell it. They had my email address on file from another inquiry for homeowner's insurance. I know Perfectly well they sell people's info (they admit it). Once we get the vehicle switched over I am taking my policies elsewhere, even if Hartford were to be competitive. If I can't even get a quote, imagine what a claim will be like. No, thank you.

Again does anyone get Paid LTD orSTD where the pay dates are supposed to be the 1st and 15th..I have never received a payment on time.. what or how can we do about this. We have bills to pay. I have Long term Disability via Through Amazon. Help! I asked my case worker when we get paid and have not received anything yet. They said it depends when it gets to your bank. I call bullshit. I have worked at a bank before. It’s not complicated! Anybody have this experience?

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give no stars! TERRIBLE!! Absolutely horrendous! I have been out of work for over a month and still have not been paid for STD. They send you a form (physician statement) only to later tell you that form isn’t enough to support your claim. You can get anyone on the phone and when you do speak with someone they are unable to answer your questions.

Short term disability. faxed paperwork for my provider to fill out but it didn't go through. They did not notify me. Then they emailed the paperwork to my privet but spelled the email wrong, never notified me that it didn't go through. Now every time I contact them to check on my claim, it's a different story every time!? No communication and all you hear are different excuses EVERY TIME YOU CALL.

EVIL SCAMMERS. They tell you something different every time you call. They have harassed me about supposed overpayments I owe yet they give me a different reason every time and now are claiming my entire claim is denied and now I owe them everything. I spoke to a lawyer and she told me this is exactly how they operate. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. And do not trust what they say. Avoid them if you can!!!!!

This was the hands down worst short term disability and maternity leave experience I have undergone in my four pregnancies. They have no idea what they are doing and it's impossible to speak to a claims agent. You can only speak to overseas reps who parrot the wrong information it says online. They approved my leave and then rescinded approval at the end.... Like does that make sense? This company has caused me so much emotional distress at the very vulnerable time of having a newborn. Do not ever willingly use this company and if you are forced to, make sure you check the regulations yourself because they don't know Jack squat.

This company is past ridiculous. I was told to download the truelane app, and It has so many glitches it’s beyond unreasonable. I was penalized and my insurance was cancelled but they took the full amount for three months and the amount that they were trying to take from me for the discount. It’s an insult to take the full amount if the money. And only return $600 out of $2500.
