We’re glad to hear your dogs are enjoying Happy Howl so far and that the convenience has been helpful, especially coming from homemade meals. Every dog’s nutritional needs can vary a bit, and some pet parents do choose to add supplements like probiotics (always a good idea to check with your vet first) to support digestion and overall wellness. Regarding the shipping time, we’re very sorry for the confusion and delay. While orders typically ship out quickly from our warehouse, carrier transit times can sometimes take longer than expected.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear that Happy Howl wasn’t a good fit for your dogs. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after trying the suggested gradual transition and seeing one of your dogs react poorly. Your pups’ health and safety are always the top priority, and we appreciate that you were cautious. We want to clarify that while we do offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for certain situations, our policy does not allow returns or refunds for opened product due to safety and freshness concerns. We truly regret any confusion this caused and appreciate your honest feedback, it helps us ensure our website and communications are as clear as possible. We understand this is frustrating, and we’re grateful you gave Happy Howl a try. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we continue improving our products and policies.

We’re glad you found Happy Howl to be high-quality and reasonably priced, and we completely understand that sometimes even the best food isn’t a fit for every dog. Every pup has their own preferences, and we appreciate you giving it a try!
