You sent me chicken the first time - I ordered Lamb and Turkey. I returned the remaining and you refunded me. Now you sent me turkey when I ordered Lamb. He will not eat this, I'm out money and have food that I cannot use.

We have found Happy Howl has been great and our Golden agrees. He love the food. Not having to refrigerate or freeze the food is an awesome feature. Great for traveling! Ordering is easy and delivery if fast. River (our Golden) approves!

Hello, So i recieved a box of food that was moldy . I immediately called customer service and was taken care of immediately! My dog Joker loves Happy Howl and would be crushed if we changed .Thank you , Greg Price.

Unfortunately, if a carton becomes damaged during transit, it can compromise the seal and lead to spoilage like this. We’re really glad our customer service team was able to take care of it quickly, and it means a lot to hear that Joker loves Happy Howl, we wouldn’t want to disappoint him either!
