Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Our Rottweiler loves it plus its very convenient to store and use
Response from Happy HowlMay 4, 2026
Those big, lovable pups deserve nothing but the best and we are so thrilled Happy Howl is hitting the spot for your gentle giant! And we completely agree, convenience matters, especially when you're feeding a larger breed.

I cancelled the account- They charged my account and shipped anyway. I refused to accept the shipment. Now theytell me they do not refund the charge on any shipment.

Our records indicate that a subscription was created on your account. As part of our process, we send upcoming order emails in advance to give customers plenty of time to make any adjustments during the cancellation window. Unfortunately, if changes are not made within that window, the order is processed and per our policy, it is no longer eligible for a refund. We also want to clarify an important distinction, cancelling an individual order does not cancel a subscription. These are two separate actions and we completely understand that this may not have been clear, which we are sorry for. We would still love the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.

Amazing company I had many issues financially and Murphy’s health…my main person was Clyde ..and I believe Devin…the help I had received was not only understanding but amazing! As long as I have Murphy I’ll be a customer!
Response from Happy HowlMay 4, 2026
We know how overwhelming it can be when life throws financial challenges and health concerns your way at the same time, and the last thing we ever want is for Murphy to miss out on the nutrition he needs during those moments. We are so proud of Clyde and Devon for showing up for you the way they did, hat is exactly the kind of team we strive to be.

Three dogs. All eat every bite!
Response from Happy HowlMay 4, 2026
Getting one dog to clean their bowl is a win, but three for three?! That is the kind of unanimity we live for! Thank you for trusting Happy Howl with your whole pack and for taking the time to share. Give all three of your beautiful pups some extra love from us!

Response from Happy HowlMay 4, 2026
There is nothing better than a happy pup who looks forward to every meal and leaves absolutely nothing behind. Your girl clearly has excellent taste! Thank you for sharing and give that bowl-licking superstar some love from us!

When I signed up, the discount wasn't applied. I called; your next order will be applied. I don't pay attention to autodelivery; all companies send a note 2-3 days prior to shipment. Our shipment was due within 48hrs; went to their website, conversed with Maggie (their bot), explained needed to reschedule delivery. Response: ok. Later that same day, can't be done. Shipment being prepared. Ok. Cancel, seeing at this doesn't need refrigeration. In our other address, seasonal residents have return north. They asked I contact UPS; UPS, as I'm not sender, they can't help. They can hold for 6 weeks. Their Maggie, the bot, made a mistake; too, never received notification as 48hrs stated. They seem to not have customer support. I will not pay for their errors.

We wanted to clarify how our order and cancellation process works. Two days prior to fulfilling and shipping an order, we send an upcoming order email to allow time for any changes or cancellations. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be stopped or refunded, as stated in our policy. Also, our customer support phone number and email are available on our website, along with our customer support hours.

We’re so glad your dogs love the food, that’s the best sign! Whenever you’re ready, the subscription makes it easy to stay stocked, and you can always adjust timing or quantity to fit your needs. Thank you for being part of the Happy Howl family!
