I contacted them that my dog only ate one of the 3 flavors. They immediately said they would replace what I had left with the flavor she liked. All I had to do was tell them what I had left and they would send me that amount in her favorite. All I had to do was send back what hadn’t been opened in the box the new supply came in. They even supplied a free shipping label.
