Hearing that Lucy is happily devouring her meals completely brightens our day, and we're so glad her box arrived safely before her bowl went empty! We're so sorry for the oversight with the storage bags in this delivery. Because of how our fulfillment center works, we aren't able to ship the bags separately by themselves, but we've already set up a fix for you! We have updated your account to include extra storage bags in all of your upcoming shipments, beginning automatically with your next box at the end of July. i had canceled the product as soon as i…
i had canceled the product as soon as i had received my first order and my dog refused to even touch it. i had asked for a refund and they told me to try and have him to continue have him try it in his current food but he would not eat it at all. they sent me another order after I had canceled and said they would send me a return shipping label and they did not. now i have to call again, just more work

Ditch the frozen for shelf stable goodness
Tried the frozen farmers dog but the mess and freezer space for two dogs was overwhelming. My dogs love all the flavors and shelf stable box s are so easy.. at home or traveling! So easy to pack and take with us as we travel in the summer with our RV. Delivery is easy and simple box by ups!

I’m so in love with that meal for my pups they love it 😍 and what I most like is the proteins that it has for them and it help to they’re digestion, health, hair and skin
