Very easily made the changes I needed to do over the phone with associate and it was pleasant experience not like some places that gives you a hard time 🙃

Top quality food
Top quality food. We have 3 dogs 2 German Sheppards and 1 Cocker Spaniel they all enjoy the food as a topper. It would be too expensive to switch completly to just this food unfortunately.

The quality of the food is outstanding
The quality of the food is outstanding! All three of our dogs love them. The customer service is outstanding. Their website is easy to use and if you have concerns or help just click on the chat with maddie

Worst customer service I let you guys…
Worst customer service I let you guys know that my dog was no longer eating the food, even though it was being sent out and I tried another time, but you guys couldn’t locate when I tried cause I tried when we were on vacation you would not refund me or stop it. Bad customer service.

Very Happy
Happy Howl was great to work with. The delivery was quick, and the product was as described. The brand was responsive, and my dog absolutely loves his new food! I'd definitely purchase more Happy Howl food!

Wrong address
We recently moved and my order was sent to our old address. Happy Howl issued a new order to be sent to our new address. I absolutely love your customer service

Excellent product
Excellent product! Our two rescue pups love it! We had been looking for a fresh variety for a long time. Our dogs weren't pleased with the dehydrated formulas, and fresh is best. We love that Happy Howl ships quickly, they never run out of stock like other big name brands. Plus, our dogs overall health and weight is better because of it! Nothing beats human grade, and this is the best by far. Trust us, we tried so many different types, and this is the only fresh food we will ever use again. Easy to transport when we travel, the price is good, and the customer service is amazing! Thank you! Our lady pups thank you as well!
