So I cancelled my subscription with this company right after my initial purchase. Didn't want any more as I make my own dog food at home now. Like out of nowhere they charged me and sent another box that I did not order. Impossible to get a refund from them or return the box, they won't accept returns. Had to call my bank to get a refund. Company has nobody to call and talk to. Millions of bad reports on better business bureau about this happening to a lot of people. They have no reachable address or company info online besides a house in Pennsylvania and an empty office in Pa in an industrial looking park. It's easy to just keep ripping people off and sending unwanted orders for a quick buck but the owners clearly just want your money and don't care about having a good reputation. Don't buy here.

We are so sorry for the frustration surrounding this shipment. We always strive to be as transparent as possible with our subscription process. To prevent unwanted shipments, we send a reminder email 2 days before any order processes so our customers have time to make changes. In this instance, the order processed first, and the subscription was canceled 2 days later. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Because our recipes are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, we cannot safely restock or reuse returned food. We apologize for any breakdown in communication and truly wish you and your dogs the very best.

The food arrived when expected. My senior dog gets so excited at meal time. I love that it’s shelf stable so there’s no defrosting.
