My credit card date expired
My credit card date expired. I was immediately alerted and updated the card. I was then sent another email to assure me that my order would be filled immediately. I received it within 3 days.

Good & could use improvement for older hands
My pup and I both like Happy Howl. The one thing that is a draw back is how you open the box. For older, not so strong hands, the tearing of the tab can be difficult to do unless scissors are used. Then there is the possibility of cutting oneself.

We love the food but got an unexpected order
We love the food, and I was happy with the first order, but I somehow ended up getting another case a month later.

A second subscription was active under your account as of June 12th, but we have successfully resolved this for you. You now have only one active subscription going forward. Because you have plenty of food to keep your pup happy for a while, we have postponed your next delivery so that it will not process until December 25th.
