We want to assure you that we have completely fixed this for you. We have merged everything into a single subscription for one 36-Pack Variety case to ship every 6 weeks. To make sure you can easily go through the extra food you have on hand, we have went ahead and skipped your next scheduled delivery. Your next order will not process until September 16th. We take any feedback regarding the safety and quality of our food with the utmost seriousness, and we would love the opportunity to investigate this for you. When you first reached out, we asked for photos of the food on June 9th so our quality assurance team could inspect it. Because healthy fats in our fresh recipes can sometimes settle and look like white spots, we wanted to verify exactly what you were seeing. If there is indeed mold on any of your food, we will absolutely replace those cartons for you. Please send those photos directly to our team at [email protected] so we can make this right. Regarding your subscription, we always aim for complete transparency. Our records show that the cancellation request was not completed on the account before the final order processed, which is why the shipment went through. However, our priority is ensuring your peace of mind regarding the food itself, and we sincerely hope to receive those photos so we can assist you further.
