Customer Service chefs kiss
I called customer service, they answered my questions and helped with my account, phone call took probably 5 minutes tops. I love that if you call and they miss your call for whatever reason, someone will text back and they'll help you just as if it was a phone call! Very happy

My babies love Happy Howl
My babies love Happy Howl, but even though you sent me the package in two separate boxes, there were no storage bags. I don't care about the spoons, but I would appreciate it if you would send me the storage bags. I was told that I had to subscribe if I wanted to get the storage bags.

Neither of my dogs would eat the turkey, lamb or beef flavors.

I can’t review what I didn’t receive. I have notified Happy Howl but have not had a reshipment authorized nor have I been offered a refund…
