My picky eater, Dreamy, loves the food. I had an order with the wrong food delivered and Happy Howl immediately corrected my order and I received the right food. I am very pleased with the service.

Excellent customer service
So my babies have a love hate relationship with all food. This is a winner. Because of the shelflife and the freshness, they can go ahead and hate it and I’ll give it to them in about a month and they love it again. It’s excellent.

This absolutely cracked us up, but we totally get it! Some pups just like to keep us guessing with their rotating menus. My dog would not touch any of the flavors. What a waste. I will be donating to a shelter.

I am so incredibly sorry to hear that the food was a complete miss for your dog. It is always so disappointing when you're excited for them to try something new and they just won't touch it. Sometimes with picky eaters, we suggest warming the food up slightly in a microwave-safe bowl (not the packaging) for 10 seconds to enhance the aroma, or even hand-feeding a few bites to build trust. However, we know every pup has their own strict preferences. It is deeply kind of you to think of donating those packs to a local shelter where they can help out other dogs. Thank you for making sure it goes to a good cause!
