Taste and convenience
Dog loves the food. The boxes are very convenient for storage and travel. The food itself feels like it has too much carbs, would have preferred more protein for my senior dog.

We're so glad your dog loves the food and that the boxes are perfect for easy storage and travel! Thank you as well for your valuable feedback regarding the protein and carb balance for your senior dog. Hearing what matters most to our pet parents helps us keep improving, and we truly appreciate your support!

Lousy customer service.
Had an issue with a box of food that looked like it had been wet and squashed pretty bad. Went an email to your help email link and received a response telling me to ‘Get excited!’ for my shipment which had already arrived. So either your ‘real’ helpline didn’t read my email or look at the pictures I sent or it was just generated by AI. Neither of those options looks very good on the company. Considering other dog food options.

It was easy to order just a few packs because my Small dog loves it as a topper. He eats Hills science diet and add a little bit of topper and mix it up and he eats it up.

We love hearing this! It's great to know that a little bit of our food mixed into his Science Diet is all it takes to get him excited for dinner. We're so glad our smaller ordering options make it convenient for you to keep his favorite topper stocked up. Thank you for the wonderful feedback!

Company ok
Company ok, my dog won't eat the food. You dont take returns on unopened boxes and now im stuck with the cost. I think the food looks good she doesn't like it. Im happy to donate it but wish your company would offer some credit.

We really appreciate you taking a moment to write in and share your experience. It's always a bummer when you're excited for them to try a high-quality food and they just don't agree, but we're so glad to hear you think the recipes look great. Thank you so much for your generosity in choosing to pass the remaining food along to a local shelter—that is a wonderful way to support pups in need, and we truly appreciate your kind heart!

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Not sure if I’m a fan of the box container but dog loves the food so I’m happy.

Fast shipping and a happy pup—we'll definitely take that as a win! We completely understand that the carton design might not be everyone's favorite style, and we really appreciate you sharing that with us. We're just so glad the food itself is a massive hit with your dog. Thank you for welcoming us into your routine!
