I have never experienced such incredible customer service. The folks at The Farmers Dog could give lessons. The food - I can't say enough good things about the food. Happy puppy - happy life!

Bit overpriced but my dog is doing so well and loves this food! Thank you for what you do for our dogs!

We are still undecided because we are just introducing the food to Belle. HOWEVER, I see that I have already been charged for another shipment!! I still have 10 packets left. Why can't I tell you when I need more? This is very annoying. This situation has been resolved by an incredible customer service department! Thank you.

Really disappointing! Their product is really good with the exception of the packaging. Just a lot of run around by their sales dept. couldn’t go to a monthly delivery. Insistent on a delivery every 2 weeks! Ugh…dealt with different reps who all quoted different prices. I don’t get it. The Company reached out to me, which tells me that they care. They also sent a e mail explaining the program, and it was really helpful. They have a great product, our dog loves the food.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, Alena. This is not the service we aim to provide. We see that you've been in touch with Abbie on our Customer Experience team and so please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can do to help.

My 4 dachshunds have really done well on Farmers Dog. The oldest one, 16 has lost weight and seems much more active and healthy. Then other 3 have become more active and healthy as well.

I've fed my 14yr old silky terrier purina vet pro plan om to manage his weight. It worked but when I added farmers dog he became much more eager to eat

Food from the Farmers Dog is awesome. We were cooking ourselves previously. This service is convenient and healthy. Our blue healer lives it ( it is also helping to keep her at a healthy weight). Her coat is amazing. She smells great and has more energy. They also stand by their delivery. We had an issue during hurricane Ian and they resent Chloes food.

Glad we could take the cooking off you hands and hope that gave you some time back in your day to spend with your sweet pup! Please tell her hi from us 😊

The Farmer's Dog changed our life.....we had moved to multiple places during the first year of my pup's life and this made her digestive issues worse...we struggled for weeks at a time with poop problems. Since we found and transitioned to The Farmer's Dog Lucy (my pup) is much healthier and happier then ever!!
Response from The Farmer's DogOct 28, 2022
This is why we do what we do. Cheers to a very happy and healthy Lucy 🧡
