Pushed too far
Already an expensive option for dog food. I was just convinced that after one of my dogs passed away that prices would go up for only 1 dog delivery so they convinced me to get like 56 days of frozen blocks of food which weighs alot and is an extreme hassel to store I might add instead of 28 days to save money which I did. Which is not great to have this food frozen in plastic so long either. I couldn't imagine if your dog weighed more than 20 pounds what that would look like and cost. Now just a few months later I get an email stating the price would go up yet again. So for my 19lb cockapoo it cost $3.71 a day which I was paying over $200 for before the increase! Now prices have gone up and I will be forced to pay $244.52 for the same frozen NON ORGANIC food. I also haven't been a fan of the shady people delivering the product to my neighborhood. Often they have been careless with delivery. I also had to cancel the treats that was an additional $20+!

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, Nikki. Our mission is to make fresh food accessible for all dogs, and we sincerely apologize that this experience fell short of expectations. To continue to deliver on our commitment to help dog lovers like you do the very best they can for their dogs, we've had to make the difficult decision to raise prices to adjust to the recent market conditions. However, it will always be our aim to keep our pricing as fair as possible without sacrificing quality or convenience. That said, we completely understand your concern for cost. When looking at our meal plans on a per-day basis, they can be comparable to some commercial pet food options, and I’m sure we can find a plan that better fits your needs! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and mention this review — we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to support you however we can.
