I had to spoon feed my dog, she was so picky, dinner time was so frustrating. The Farmer’s Dog was having a sale so I tried it. Now I have a dog bowl, she eats every morsel of food. It’s so relieving to give her something she looks forward to eat.

I recently started feeding both my dogs with The Farmer's Dog food and they LOVE it. One picky eater is no longer picky and I can tell they want their breakfast and dinner all the time now. It's great. The convenience of pre-packaging for a few days at a time is wonderful. There's no measuring because the package is easy to separate into what's needed for the day. Plus extra bonus for me is to be able to store their food in the freezer prior to needing it. I also reached out to the team to say hi...they responded very quickly and from my own experience can say I believe this company to be exceptional in their customer service as well as their product. I highly recommend.

Well, my dog absolutely loves the Farmers dog. Unfortunately the original shipment was a 14 day supply with my second shipment due to arrive 14 days after. Well, today is the 14th day and the food has not shipped yet. So my dog will be out of food for a few days. Not a great way to start with a company. Update-the company has reached out to me with some solutions and is handling the issue.

I truly wanted this to work for my dog, but he absolutely hated the taste of the turkey. I barely got him to eat the beef hand fed it to him, and had to make it a game before he would eat it. I ended up giving the bags to my ex-husbands dogs for him to see if they would eat it.

The Farmer’s Dog has seriously changed my dogs life. She no longer has health issues related to her gut, her skin and coat is SO much better, her energy levels, and her teeth/breathe are far better. Not to mention her stools are much much better than before. Since she’s a puppy, we’ve had issues finding food that she is willing to eat. With the Farmers Dog, she eats EVERY bite. I mean every single bite haha. The price range is definitely expensive but it is so worth it to invest in your pup’s health. We are absolutely never going back to kibble after trying the Farmer’s Dog.

We have a senior labrador with health issues and this food has made all the difference to her quality of life and enjoyment. She loves the food and has regained her appetite and her ability to digest and process the food. Regained her lost weight. We are thrilled.

This place nearly starved my dog and customer service is non-existent. You will wait on hold for an hour. I switched to Ollie's and got twice as much food for the money and they actually answer the phone. Avoid The Farmer's Dog, owned by Venture Capitalists and get Ollie's owned by a family. The packaging of The Farmer's Dog is inconvenient, besides being too small a portion. No nutrition labels, either, or ingredients, even when asked. The color suggests a lot of greens and little meat. Bad experience all around.

The food might be good but customer service is not. I received the box a day after promised, with zero dry ice, and none of the product was frozen. I realize this is due to a fedex issue but I didn't receive a response from customer service regarding this problem yet did receive a message that they are sending my next allotment. I requested a cancelation and they sure responded quickly to canceling my account too. I guess they would rather have you cancel than deal with the delivery problem. Just a warning that you might not be getting edible food for your pup in the time promised.
