The Company Store used to make great sheets. Not anymore. I’ve seen cheap sheets from Am@zon that are better quality than these. The fabric is coarse, the stitching is sloppy, the elastic on the fitted sheet wholly insufficient. They do not stay put on a 14 inch mattress. I will never buy anything from The Company Store again.

Unfortunately, your company did not have a duvet cover that met my needs. I needed a regular twin and not an xl twin. Queen fitted sheets were sent in instead of twins. Of all the packages I did open there were what appeared to be grease marks on the items. I was very disappointed and had to send all the sheets back. On a positive note, the sheets were perfect in regards to texture… very soft and luxurious.
Response from The Company StoreApr 29, 2026
Hi. We’re sorry for the disappointing experience with your order, especially receiving the incorrect sizing and encountering quality concerns with the items. We understand how frustrating it is when a twin set is needed and queen-fitted sheets arrive instead, and we also take your note about the marks on the fabric very seriously, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver. We’re glad to hear that despite the issues, you found the sheets very soft and luxurious in texture, and we appreciate you highlighting that positive aspect. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

I love your beautiful bedding and have ordered several times. However, the sheet set that I want most is too expensive and ALWAYS EXCLUDED FROM YOUR PROMOTIONS. I am angered by what I consider repetitive false advertising. I get my hopes up every sale, only to be disappointed. You may lose me as a customer.
Response from The Company StoreApr 29, 2026
Hi. We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially after you’ve had such positive experiences with our bedding and were hoping to take advantage of a promotion. We understand how disappointing it is to repeatedly see an item you love excluded from sales, and we hear your concern about how that impacts your trust and expectations during promotional events. We truly value your loyalty and feedback, and we’ll make sure your comments are shared with the appropriate team for review.
