I used to love this company. Now - it really is an awful experience every time I make the mistake of dealing with them. High price’s does not equal good service. Calling them means entering the black hole of wait times. They are clearly understaffed and sadly few of their operators are any help or rude. Try to partake in the survey and it doesn’t work. I wish I could give 0 stars. I should have looked at trust pilot before placing an order. I was in need of a nice terry cloth robe, ordered their best seller and checked out easily on their website. 2 days later they are bombarding my email with "you left something in your cart, checkout now". I check my bank account and I was charged for the robe but they never sent me an order confirmation email, no communication at all about my order, only that I left something in my cart and to check out. I have emailed them multiple times, called them and no one responds AT ALL. I had to then just dispute with my cc. This company is literally a SCAM- BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I initially called The Company Store and requested that they remove me from their mailing list. No luck. I then sent a letter to their corporate office requesting they remove me from their mailing list. No luck. How old fashioned to be sending these environmentally unfriendly catalogs. I guess there is nothing I can do. I will need to just continue throwing them in the trash. A shame some companies don’t care about the environment.

I can't believe all these reviews are so similar to mine. Ordered two bathrobes for holiday gifts in mid-December. Back and forth about six times with "customer disservice". Got notification today (Jan 8) that they shipped. I'm totally pissed.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered a monogrammed robe for my boss to be delivered to her-she lives in another city. All shipping information incorrect. Called customer service 3 times and emailed one time. Information was still incorrect in their system after all this communication. Nightmare. I will never order from the Company Store again.

They are hideous. Never delivered my order, never sent any notice re shipping AND yet this awful store claimed the order was delivered. NO it wasn't. Apparently the jerks on top don't hire enough customer service reps, so service is non existent. AND the customer rep I spoke with today was irritatingly CHIPPER (I hate chipper). Getting a full refund. I don't want what I ordered from this store. AVOID.

never delivered .then sent email clearly stating large robe.Then after holding on phone for27 minutes wanted to ship small even thoughemail of11*/26 clearly said large claiming warehouse had not been informed.Customer service had attitude and hung up.Nobody should buy from them
