Ordered a new comforter and duvet cover in May, with an expected ship date of 6/15. Received the duvet cover right away, but weeks passed with no sign of the comforter, aside from being charged and un-charged for it every few days while the Company Store put a neverending series of holds on my card. It's now over a month past the expected shipping date and I haven't received a single update.

Sent back a comforter I was dissatisfied with and was charged additional 220 as they were sending me duplicate comforter and would reimburse when they received the comforter I was unhappy with .Nearly 3 weeks later I finally put the 220 in dispute with my credit card as they have still not refunded me even though I sent back initial comforter 2 weeks ago and have confirmation they received it .Last time I will ever buy from them again

Extremely bad customer service. I have been a good customer of The Company Store for over 30 years and in the past have been very well served. Now things have dramatically changed. I ordered a comforter in December 2021 and only now am receiving it. Customer service never told me when product was available and over and over again failed to send the product to me. Not working with this store again!

I ordered a baby blue Turkish cotton bathrobe in the short length. It was just what I was looking for! Towel type, absorbent, and excellent quality. Good experience. I also ordered a super soft Long robe in grey, for my daughter. It looks like velour. It was just what she wanted!

Poor communication- not communicating backordered item will not arrive for 9 months, promised returned phone calls - never returned, on hold for 40 minutes to speak to a supervisor, agents making excuses for poor communication, customer service emails never responded. A terrible waste of time - pleasant customer service agents who do nothing

I have had the same experience as many of the recent reviewers. I have had numerous issues with shipment delays and lack of communication. I was charged for a Xmas rug that I ordered in November and it came at the end of April. I was never told that there was a delay of 5 months! I ordered pillow shams and a comforter. The shams came within a week but I heard nothing about the comforter. I called and they said it would be shipped that day. Nothing happened and when I called again I was told that the item is gone and they don't know when it would be back in stock. Now I have shams that I can't use and will return them. I understand that things happened but the fact that there was no communication about any of the delays or issues is not a good way to do business.

I have been a customer fir over thirty years, but recently it has been a nightmare. Website apparently no longer takes ANY credit card ( I tried four!) and only takes PayPal or Apple Pay. This is fine, but it should be noted on the website to avoid an hour of trying to pay for an item. I recently ordered a comforter and AFTER I spend an hour on the website finding what I want and purchasing it, I get an email saying" hurry up the item you are looking at is in low supply". Then twenty four hours later another email telling me the item is no longer in stock arrives. This used to be a top notch company but it is clear they no longer care about customer service. Cuddledown will be thrilled when all The Company Store customers switch to them.

I ordered but have received initial notification of my order but nothing further. Still have not received my pillows and when I called they said it was a shipping problem and still will have delay.
