Ordered a sheet set. Received one pc. not one set. Emailed them, but got nowhere. Tried more than once. While waiting to hear back, they sent a catalog. Tried to find corporate and my detective work found that there was no longer a corporate location. Just an empty parking lot! Then some months later it was announced that they merged with Home Depot. Very sad, as I like HD but not The Co. Store! I have called H.D. numerous times asking that my name and address be removed from their mailing list. ( without success.). Why is it that no one listens? Or cares. I am still receiving catalogs on a reg basis. Do you really want my big mouth singing to everyone I see about how uncaring and unprofessional your business is? Did that before, and lots of people are LQQKING at the Google reviews. BTW, I did try to do a review on Google but can't do one WITHOUT a physical address for the Company Store. Imagine that? Remember, all I found was a parking lot!

Yikes! I was surprised to see all the terrible customer service reviews. I can’t speak to that because all my transactions have been uneventful. I’ve just been really happy with the products. 20 years ago I purchased jersey and percale sheet sets for the kids and they performed very well. A little over a year ago I purchased a set of linen sheets. They were thinner than other brands I had, but very soft, had a nice hemstitch detail on the top sheet and pillowcases, and they have held up well. Just recently bought more linen sheets and with sale and an extra 25% off ended up being 1/2 price. They seem slightly heavier than the previous purchase and still very soft with the lovely hem stitching. We are good on linen sheets for a while, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to The Company Store. Hope they get their customer service issues under control.

I chatted with customer service for an hour explaining what I wanted to purchase. My order was placed and I was looking forward to receiving my packages. However, after 2 deliveries not one thing in either package was what I ordered. How do you go from buying feather/down to an alternative? I had to return my entire order which included 4 pillows, 4 pillow covers, 1 mattress topper and a 1 mattress topper cover. You try lugging that stuff to UPS when you have cancer. It's not fun at all! When The Company Store received my return I was informed that I had another problem. I could not purchase anything until I received my refund in 3 to 5 days. Figure that one out? As a consumer I can use my credit card to purchase whatever I want when I want! I did not know a store could tell you what I could purchase and when. Absolutely, unbelievable! Then the lady I was chatting with told me she would give me 2 day shipping for free. After I received my refund and placed a new order of course. The thing is everyone gets free shipping after you spend $75.00 on products. Plus, I already received the messed up order in 2 days. WTH? She told me that she would give me 20% of my new order for all the hassle they have put me through. I thought well at least that is something. WRONG! I had to tell her that The Company Store is offering 25% off bedding already. She told me I would have to choose when I received my refund in 3 to 5 days whether I wanted the 20% off or 25% off my new order. What a joke! So… what did they give me for all of this aggravation? NOTHING! Also, the customer service representative pretended that I was no longer connected to the chat several times. Then I typed in the chat box. Do you realize I can send myself a copy of this chat? All of a sudden she said, “oh I am sorry I thought I lost you.” Then I asked to speak with a manager and she gave me a phone number to call. Which I called and got ahold of no one! I would not recommend this store or its products to anyone and I know a lot of people! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM The Company Store! By the way, HOME DEPOT owns The Company Store.

I have ordered a few things from the company store and things went ok but then I decided I didn’t want so many catalogs in my mailbox and contacted many companies to be removed from mailing lists. The company store is the only one who won’t honor my request. I’ve been trying for a year, multiple emails. I even moved, made the mistake of ordering something from them, told them I don’t want a catalog and they sent it any way. Sent my request to be removed and them received another catalog shortly after. They DO NOT Respect your privacy. They did not want to help. I just get the same blah blah answer.

Ordered three of their 100% cotton Green Earth bath rugs. They are decent, but be prepared as they shed like crazy. Followed washing instructions and cleaned dryer filter five times. Rugs look nice and are fairly non-slip on our new vinyl plank flooring. Likely won’t order from them again.

I was charged $151 for a three year old charge. When I checked my records they had neglected to charge my card. My complaint is that they should have contacted me before charging the card. I liked their products but will no longer be a customer as they have completely lost my trust.

I have ordered from The Company Store for years. Never again. A charge appeared on my credit card this week but I have no orders currently. I called customer service twice and after getting all sorts of “ I don’t knows and how odd”, I was told this was from an order almost 2 years ago that wasn’t charged. Now I have to go back and check my credit cards for the last 2 years to see if I was charged. Even crazier, the order they think this is for did not have the credit card on it that was charged this week. How can they charge a different card almost 2 years later without any notification? I was told someone from customer service would call me back but I am not holding my breath. I would advise anyone to be cautious of giving them your credit card info.

Terrible experience with this company. Will not buy from again. Then they won’t publish my review after telling me to post about it so they can learn from it. Ridiculous. No one should have to go through the hoops I did in this transaction and then not be able to leave a review. Extremely poor experience.
