The Company StoreReviews of thecompanystore.com

Absolutely the worst quality sheets I have ever bought. I paid $335 ON SALE for king size Supima sheets. Turns out they are made in China! The stitching looks homemade. There is absolutely no decorative trim anywhere. The insult to injury is that the so-called wrinkle free sheets were horribly wrinkled out of the dryer. I bought the sateen sheets as the reviews were so favorable. I have to suspect that the reviews are fake.

I ordered a duvet cover and pillow cases. Without even asking my opinion, The Company Store cancelled the order of the pillow cases (back-order or some reason like that), but still sent the duvet cover ?! Doesn't The Company Store realise that there is no point for a client to pay a lot of money for just a duvet cover, without the matching pillowcases ? Apparently they don't. So I had to waste my precious time to call customer service who offered no solution to the problem, except to waste more of my time: Now I have to wait for the delivery of the duvet cover, then I have to call customer service again, and schedule a pick up of the duvet cover. I don't have time to waste to correct a mistake that I am not even responsible for, but hey The Company Store doesn't care, put the Client to work !!! Wouldn't it have been more economical for The Company Store and a more positive experience for the Client that The Company Store has a policy of proposing a complimentary SIMILAR pillow case set to make up for their mistake? Instead, The Company Store has a policy to 1/ make the client unhappy because he/she not only does not have the products he/she ordered but he/she also has extra work to return the products, plus 2/ it probably costs The Company Store more money to have the product shipped back than simply providing the client with a SIMILAR item for free. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NO LONGER EVER SHOP AT THE COMPANY STORE.

I have really enjoyed some of the quilts I got from them, but I bought some sheets recently that were the roughest, scratchiest sheets I've ever felt. I don't even know how you could make such unconfortable sheets. I'd been admiring the pattern and was delighted that when I went back to look at them they were on clearance. They said no returns on them. That should have been a warning. I was indulging myself as I don't usually spend that much on sheets. What a disappointment!

They sent the wrong item and I had to return it and reorder the new item. Long process, call was cut off, had to wait to get same representative. Then THEY NEVER PROCESSED A REFUND to my credit card. I had to call customer service again 10 days after they received the return. I had UPS Proof of Delivery of the return. They told me it was good that I kept the tracking number (not my job) and said the reason they did not give me a refund because they are very busy. This is unacceptable! I wonder if they do this will all refunds and just see who notices. It will now supposedly take another 3-10 business days to receive my refund. They ought to have a process that once they receive a return, a refund is issued automatically within 24 hours. Customer service is very slow in understanding and resolving issues.

An absolute disaster. Someone changed the zip code of the recipient which caused a Christmas gift to arrive days after the holiday. To make matters worse, the order I placed was not in the package! Rather it was a gift for someone else. After a lengthy phone conversation with a customer service rep I hope it’s straightened out. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience and time spent resolving this nightmare. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Bought a comforter for my husband for Christmas. It’s awesome, ended up buying 3 more for my kids. Awesome quality comforter and didn’t experience anything negative whatsoever. Already a return customer.

Terrible quality now and will never buy from The Company Store again! I had to return pillows which were as hard as rocks. The comforter I paid $200 for I could have gotten better on Amazon and the bed sheets have developed after a month stains in the fabric from poor quality Cotten. Never buy from these people again.

I returned a pillow, the Company Store emailed to say that they got the return but the refund never came. When I called, the guy who answered immediately refunded my money with no explanation or apology for the lack of refund. Also the store's website doesn't work very well. I probably won't buy from them again because they don't seem trustworthy.
