Bed Skirt Did Not Disappoint
I've had many bad experiences with other companies (especially when the item was fabric)...ordering something that turned out to be less than expected. However the quality and appearance of this bedskirt, with its pleated corners and even pleats on the sides, was even better than expected! Well done, Company Store! (my first purchase from you).

Refunds for returns take a very long time.
It takes a very, very long time to receive a refund from a return. I don't understand why. My return was there on Jan 9th but The Company still hasn't refunded my money. Today is Jan 21st. Additionally, I have to pay them a restocking fee of $4.50. It's so frustrating to buy like this.

Delivery issues
Order delivery delay of 10 days was not acceptable but the towels seem lovely - thick and soft.

Meets all my specs
My goal when it comes to clothes is something that is very well made, of the best materials (here, Pima cotton, high grade), in tasteful colors, and in a style that is as comfortable as possible. I pay little attention to current trends, etc. I know this is a tall order, and expensive. I first find trusted vendors (you) and then wait for sales. I have found this a sound strategy and the Company Store consistently makes the mark.

Horrible, rough, krinkly sheets.
I've never had such horrible sheets! Rough, krinkly, they even make krinkly noise when you move no matter that they've been washed with softer added. My husband won't even get in bed with these sheets. Can't believe they get good reviews. What a mistake buying these.

Liked that you had a chart on the fill…
Liked that you had a chart on the fill power and the temperature it served. This replaced a comforter bought 30+ years ago. The quality is great, enjoying new quilt!
