I started this at 12 o’clock in the afternoon, I have pink eye in both eyes. they said someone would call me within four hours. Did not receive a phone call and did not see a script anywhere in the pharmacy that I chose. finally, the lady tells me on a text message that if I could find a 24 hour pharmacy near me it’s probably gonna take longer. And this was all after I waited five hours I was very upset they wasted my whole day. They did not even apologize and I asked them for a refund they refund and didn’t even apologize when they did that. As far as the refund goes, I haven’t got it yet. It’s gonna take 5 to 7 business days even though they took it from me and one second…. Do not use these people I recommend you using sesame. They are the best.

This company is terrible. Weekend request on a Friday evening there was no consult call text video and they sent med straight to pharmacy without consult and patient needed cough and throat prescription alongside of what they prescribed. You would’ve known out of Dr professionalism to talk to your patient. This still has not been handled it’s been over 16 hours. Going to other medical forums and social media platforms as well around this dis-service 😡
