As near as I can tell they're completely fake and any positive reviews are complete lies. The phone number just connects you to a mailbox that is full. The automated chat just repeats your messages and it claims it's going to have somebody reach out to you and doesn't. There was no online consult, and this company is completely and utterly fake and they will steal your money.

The doctor called in a prescription I said I was allergic to. It's now been 14 hours later and I still don't have a new script or any additional call back. But they sure processed my payment

Fake company? Thought I was signing up for a phone consult. You fill out answers to their questions though, and supposedly they send a prescription to your pharmacy. I’ve waited hours for some kind of confirmation. Nothing. The chat online and email is useless. It goes round and round, check emails, log on, check emails, log on. No questions answered. Went to teladoc and received phone call quickly and prescriptions sent. Pick up in 30 minutes.

No, I didn’t receive anything. I waited over 14 hours for someone to respond to me issue and this company failed at every stop. No one responded to the live chat, the person that responded via email was a complete jerk and refused to give me an update on when someone would help me. I reached out to a competitor of yours and within 20 min they had a script called in for me. Would never in a million years use this company again. Such a scam and fraud. No idea how this is still operating. Horrible patient treatment and care. Most unprofessional site I’ve ever tried to use. Warning to everyone, DO NOT USE THEM! You’ll be waiting forever with ZERO help or response. Complete joke.
