The Coach App is a scam. They auto withdraw payments without your consent. In addition, they do not notify that they are taking payment. They are thieves. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and extremely unprofessional. Worst of all the content in the app is subpar at best. Google them, loads of reviews just like mine. Regarding your response, you did not give me a refund. You did offer a lifetime membership but as I already stated in my email responses, no thank you! Your response also backs up my review about your unprofessionalism from a customer service standpoint. Best of luck to you! I hope stealing $59 from me is worth the honest reviews I will continue leaving everywhere.

We are not allowed to charge anyone without their consent. That consent was given when you subscribed, and we clearly communicate the terms of renewal in three separate places: on the payment page, in our Terms & Conditions, and in the Profile section of the app itself. It appears the subscription was not canceled on your side, which is why the charges continued. We also reviewed the communication with our support team and saw nothing but attempts to explain everything to you thoroughly, process a refund, and even offer you lifetime free access. That’s why your harsh words feel unfair, to be honest. In any case, we sincerely wish you all the best!

The content offered is available online for free - just packaged and marketed in a way that makes it seem more valuable than it actually is. Asking ChatGPT for a Kegel exercise plan will give you the same or an even better plan, for free. Additionally, the app uses an off-platform sign-up process (outside the standard Apple or Google app stores), made to distract you from the fact that they will continue to charge you even if you don't mean to subscribe after the trial period. In my case, I received no notification of charges and I only realized I had been charged for several months after reviewing my credit card statements. When I contacted customer service, the response was defensive and dismissive, offering a lifetime membership instead of acknowledging the real issue. Eventually, they refunded only the most recent charge, despite multiple months of fees for a service I hadn’t used. They made all kinds of childish business claims, not realizing they were talking to someone with knowledge about the industry and the marginal costs involved in keeping a member (which is why the offered the lifetime membership instead of a refund). In short, this service does not offer value for money, and is run by people that are after quick, short term gains. I strongly recommend avoiding it and instead using the many free, high-quality resources already available online.

Even the Kegel exercises are structured in a way that’s engaging, guided, and tailored — something generic AI tools simply can’t replicate. The thousands of positive reviews in both app stores speak for themselves. Subscription model: Subscribing via our website instead of an app store was your choice — both options are available to all users. This approach is fully compliant with platform policies, or we wouldn’t be allowed in the stores. Moreover, all web-based subscriptions are fully manageable from within the app. Unfortunately, it seems you didn’t take advantage of this. As someone with industry knowledge, you surely understand that inactivity doesn’t equate to automatic cancellation — that’s standard practice across the digital subscription space. I registered to coach through a Facebook app. I paid the monthly subscription free and was expecting to recieve some instructions from the coach on how to access my application with login details. Anyways I downloaded the app and tried using the email that I registered with and still coach is asking me for fee payment that has already paid. Even if there were issues with subscription activation, a single request to our support team would resolve everything. 4.
