The response received when a credit card company approved a purchase and TGW still cancelled the order was unbelievable! When CustService was contacted, I was instructed to place a new order! When I asked to speak with a manager, NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH ME! I called back after speaking with the CC Co. and again asked to speak with a manger but the CustServ rep decided to hang up on me when I responded that I wanted my order processed since my CC CO approved the purchase. I guess the days when Customer Service was important are gone far good!

I ordered my husband golf shoes for Father's Day, and I paid extra for shipping to ensure they would arrive here Saturday 6/17; when I received the shipping info from TGW it said they weren't going to be delivered until Tuesday 6/20. I called TGW to make sure that wasn't the case, and according to the company they submitted whatever shipping I chose and it was Fedex's fault not theirs so call Fedex. I called Fedex who was more than accommodating as the women sat on the phone trying to reach the warehouse and get the package put on a plane and not on the truck, unfortunately it was already on the 3 day long journey on the truck (not their fault), she also informed me that if the company had mailed the package the day before it would have arrived here on Saturday and that they were late in bringing it into Fedex. Another call back to TGW and all they could tell me was there was nothing they could do (what they should have done was shipped out another pair overnight and rerouted the original) and all they offered was a refund on the shipping! So now it is my husband's first Father's Day Sunday and his gift won't arrive until Tuesday. If I knew this I would have ordered from Zappos or a company who actually stands behind their word! Disgusted!!

Extremely BAD experience. Ordered Ping Wedge on June 6th, 2017 online. opted for 4-5 day delivery ....Now its June 15th and NOTHING... Multiple calls to "Call Center" ...they tell me they ordered it from PING...and may be shipped on June 25th......... this is a complete online scam . Stay Away Company is owned by DONALD L KOTULA of Northern Tool + Equiptment in Minnasota...............BEWARE VERY BAD

I'll add to the negative experiences here. Ordered and spent over $100 on some customized golf balls a couple hours ago, and I was up against a pretty tight time frame to work with. When I receive the email confirmation, it's the wrong balls. (If I had spent $11 on the balls it's one thing. ) I called to try and fix the problem and Katie answered the phone. She was very dry and her tone insinuated I was the one who screwed up the order(which the order I believe was an honest mistake). All I needed was to make the easy change, without having to cancel and reprocess the order, which would have ended up delaying it a full day. Katie hung up on me twice as I was asking what other options we had. Never did she mention upgrading the shipping in order to get it quicker because of the mistake. Never was an apology offered. Rather a smug laugh and placing me on hold to get a supervisor, right before getting hung up on again. This was literally a couple hours after my order. Could had been handled a lot better. I'm not shopping another retailer that has the same promotion. I don't write reviews, but being a business owner with a nationwide call center, I'm simply hoping the GM has an opportunity to hear an unsatisfied voice he/she otherwise would not have.

I ordered a right handed ping i25 driver and received a left handed one and I was told they would not exchange.

Never received my shoes, contacted them and they could not tell me anything. I called a couple of times without any help from them. I will never shop here again.

Terrible. I had an order canceled for reasons they could not tell me and they said they'd get back to me about replacing the order but never did.

Terrible customer service. No response to emails, phone rep said will call back and week on no follow up call. I have ordered from them in the past but no longer. Horrible customer service.
