Lied about what they had in inventory. Lied about it being on the way. Then lied that the rest of the order was in transit when I tried to cancel the rest of it. Two days later I get a notice from Fed Ex that it was just shipped! Long story short, this once great source for golf gear is in chaos.

I ordered 2 golf clubs from TGW.com. This has been the worst experience ever! Now, 2 weeks later and still no clubs. TGW.com can tell I never received them, but they will not refund my money. On top of this their customer service is terrible! They give you the same canned message every time you call. The CSR Agents are rude and know nothing. Ask for a superior and you get put on eternal hold. Buyers beware! Stay away from these crooks!

If I could give them a lower grade I would!!! Had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE dealing with them!! Ordered clubs by speaking to customer service representative placed order using there gift cards and prepaid gift cards, was told system could not handle all at once. Need to give CC # to complete order, then would send email to get order # call us back and give gift card # to complete order.when called back was told to late order already processed!! Told them would disput charges then was told will be BLACKLISTED!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Finally got them to accept gift cards was told will not hit CC statement guess what happened!!! For all troubles they sent me 4 golf balls!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!!

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed my order online, they charged my card then cancelled the order. Multiple calls to their customer service department got me know where but a bunch of empty promises.

Tried to buy two Golf Vest. Sent a size two small. I returned them for a exchange and never received the order. Have sent email, called customer service. They don’t seem to have the order. Finally just gave up.

I ordered a Callaway Golf bag on 8/22 and they said it was in stock and would ship right away. A few days later I got a Back Order email. I got about 10 of them after that each pushing out the ship date. On 10/12 I got a notice that the order had been cancelled. They claimed that Callaway told them they would not get anymore. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy from this company again!!

They sent me a brand new set of ping s-55 clubs with the lie angels and degrees all messed up. When I tried to get satisfaction from there customer service , which is terrible, they told me there was nothing they could do. You can't look at clubs and know the lie and degrees are off, till you take the to a pro fitter. I was trusting ping and their color system but TGW is a very bad company to get customer service out of! Please if you buy irons check and make sure they are as they are supposed to be. Take them to a pro and check lie and degree. TGW will not help you if you buy irons from them.

I tried to return items. They charged me for return shipping and sent me no label with a bar code. They are terrible. They are more expensive then buying locally. Their mail box has been full for over a week to get this straightened out.
