TGW IS SHADY AF!!! Paid the $10 shipping to have shoes delivered by the 30th (per the promise on the website). They didn’t show up by the 30th. Called to ask for refund on shipping and the (worst) CSR said if they didn’t show by the 5th they would refund shipping. Explained again I paid for the shipping that guaranteed a 30th delivery date...but they refused the refund!!! So I decided to buy them from Zappos (which my dumb a$$ should’ve done in the first place b/c they have free next day) with intent to return the TGW pair...but of course TGW wants me to pay for return shipping and their website doesn’t indicate they’re going to refund my sales tax when I fill out the return form...TGW is shady AF!!!

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering from TGW. I ordered a Ping vest (ladies) and it arrived but the inside of the apparel's plastic was wet and the garment was wet. I discarded it bc I feared it might be molded. I have never encountered this issue with an online purchase and wonder what they are doing selling wet items. The plastic that protects the garment contained water - it was not the fault or doing of the shipping company.

I bought a Golf Bag and like many other people on here I got it in January and I live in Pittsburgh Pa. , so we did not get to golf till later in the year . So I used my bag about10-12 times when the dividers started to come apart . when I called TGW they said there was nothing they could do because it was over the 30 day exchange time . Well it was not coming apart then . I even wanted to purchase a bigger bag . Well I do not know how long they will be in business ,I only recommend that you not purchase from this TGW .

I returned my husbands shorts and to get the refund was a total shame. I made at least 12 phone calls and was on hold with MANAGERS a total of 2-3 hours...The whole experience was a nightmare!!! I will never buy from them again! AWFUL...no customer service skills whatsoever!!!!

Could be the worst customer service in the industry. Was told to contact general manager Ray....numerous calls and emails were totally ignored. With all the options available, I'd never shop there again.

I've made 2 orders in the last 2 months. Once for Odyssey Putter and other was for 2 Titleist wedges. Both times when I looked at ordering, there was an available date of about a week later. I'm fine with that. Both times, the available date kept slipping 1 week, 2 weeks, etc. Here I am losing weeks in the golf season playing this game with TGW. Unless you have plenty of time to wait, avoid them. I'm sure they will blame the manufacturer. If TGW had such a good reputation with the manufacturer, this doesn't happen. What's the point of saving a few bucks just to wait weeks? At some point, time is more important than the money. Amazon gets it. TGW doesn't.

Unfortunately my review is not good. I am trying to buy ping clubs. My order was cancelled and I have been giving them all the additional information requested by phone. Tried to place the order 3 times and with 3 different method of payments. I am being treated like a criminal and the experience of buying something from TGW is terrible. It is also very upsetting and frustrating to try to deal with the customer service as they blame the "system" or the "accounting department" who is checking on my information... Seems that they don't want to sell anything without knowing all your private life before. It is absurd that after providing them with 3 valid credit cards, bank statement and a LOT of my Time they were unable complete the order. Perhaps they just don't have any clubs but want to keep my credit card information for abusive charging in the future...All this feels like a big scam. I would not recommend TGW to anyone. UPDATE: TGW finally decided to call me after all the complains. Esa Halabi was the person who called me and apologize for the situation.At the end they were able to send me the clubs one day later. It is just sad that it takes a lot of complaining to get one issue resolved, but overall I was happy to have insisted because I wanted the clubs quickly and They have managed it...
