Ordered a couple of golf push carts and received an email that my order has been cancelled. I called customer service and asked them the reason and they told me I have to wait 2-5 business days for the reason.The customer cannot give you a definite answer.. If you needed your item for travelling, tgw is not reliable and I will never order from them again.

Ordered an OGIO Mutant Golf bag cover for $199 and free shipping on Jan 15, 2017. Received and email that the item was back ordered and would ship Feb 9. It arrived Jan 27 in an unsealed box that had clearly been opened and poorly taped. Not sure if all parts are there as no packing list was included. Credit card charge has gone through that includes a shipping charge. Telephone call has been met with a recorded message.

I placed two orders with TGW only to find out that they were cancelled the next day (email notification only). The partial explanation I received is that there was a "verification" problem with my order which was between their credit team and their order processing team (not a problem with my credit card). I spent the next 4 days attempting to resolve this only to be given the run around...transferred to no name voicemails...transferred to music...or just disconnected. Customer Service agents were terrible, rude, and condescending. I ended up contacting my credit card company to make sure the orders were terminated. I wish I would have read the other reviews! My grade for TGW is a F- and I'm being generous.

Ordered a SF Giants golf bag Thanksgiving weekend for my husbands Christmas present. It was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. I realized 12/13 that I hadn't received a shipment notification and couldn't find status with the tracking number, so I called. The service person couldn't find anything and said she'd check on it an call me back. After 1 week I still hadn't received a call. I called back on 12/20 and am now told that it will not ship until 12/30! I told the service person I was very upset that I had not received any notification that it wouldn't be here before Christmas and what did he think I could do 5 days prior to Christmas.

I ordered a golf towel for Christmas three weeks ago and was growing concerned when it hadn't arrived yet. I called them a few days ago and was told it would ship within 2 days. Then, out of no where, I receive an email stating my order had been cancelled. The customer service rep told me they tried to reach out to me on multiple occasions (which was a flat out lie) and if I reordered the item I most likely wouldn't have it in time for Christmas. I'll never do business with this company again.

I made a purchase with them many years ago and I think it went smoothly. Before my latest purchase, read a bunch of the reviews, which were quite negative, but decided to make the purchase anyway. Big mistake. Ordered a set of irons from them. Received them today and there was absolutely no packaging at all. The clubs were just loose and banging around in the box in transit. One of the clubs was damaged. Called them and spoke to a very disinterested rep (Marissa) and explained the situation. She told me I can return them and they will send out another set, which would take at least another week because they need to wait to receive my return first. I was going to use the clubs on a trip this week so that wouldn't work. Asked to just return the clubs and asked her if I need to pay for the return since it was their fault. She actually said she would need to check with a supervisor!! Horrible company and terrible customer service as stated by all the other reviews on every site I've read, even the BBB website. Stay away from them. There are much better options around with much better customer service.

I ordered a rangefinder from TGW on Oct. 30. When had not arrived today, nine days later, I decided to call "Customer Service." The first person I spoke with, Diana, advised me that: 1) my order had been cancelled: 2) a cancellation letter had been e-mail to me on Nov. 4; and 3) a credit had been issued to my credit card. The only accurate statement Diana made was that my order had been cancelled, which means TGW sold me a product they did not have. The cancellation letter was not issued and the credit had also not been issued. The second person I spoke with, Sara, told me she did not know whether a cancellation letter had been issued and the credit was processed as a "store credit", which means I would have to buy sometime else from TGW to recoup the money they had charged me on Oct. 30. A customer should not have to call nine days after a transaction has taken place (my credit card was charged on Oct. 30) to find out a supplier does not have the product the supplier sold him / her. Only after making an issue of my situation did TGW agree to issue the credit to my credit card. These guys are SLIPPERY, so be very careful if you choose to deal with them.

I got an e-mail advertisement for Foot Joy Hyperflex shoes and decided to order them even though I didn't need them yet because I felt it was a good deal. I tried them on when I received them and the seemed to fit well. I put them to use last week on a golf trip and before I could finish the round the right shoe hurt my little toe so badly it was hard to walk. I contacted TGW customer service and they would not let me exchange the defective shoes because it had been over 30 days since I purchased them. These shoes are still new but they wouldn't even consider helping me out. To make matters worse the customer service rep told me I should sell my defective shoes on EBAY. I wasn't looking for money back or pulling som sort of scam. I just want the exact same shoes I purchased that fit as expected. Be careful purchasing Christmas gifts from TGW because if 30 days pass by you will get no satisfaction from this company even if you are a loyal, repeat customer.
