Poor customer service. Unresponsive and unable to solve problems quickly. This is now my second dismal experience with them.

Sent in a TGW brand youth driver under warranty claim and was told expected timeframe is 4-6 weeks. Going on 6 weeks without any update so I chatted with customer service rep "Dwayne." As no surprise, response was simply "be advised that there are no updates as it takes 4-6 weeks." How difficult is it to acknowledge that we're at or approaching that timeframe and to get an update? I don't need "advised" of anything otherwise as I'm well aware the excessively long processing times. When I responded that we're going on 6 weeks, I received nothing but another snide reply repeating that a request has been sent to manufacturer for an update on our behalf. As mentioned, they're TGW brand so obtaining an update should be a relatively straightforward request. It's my understanding that "waiting on an update from the manufacturer" is likely a scripted response agents are trained to use given majority of products are outside brands. We're located in Kentucky and the club was sent to the TGW Indiana hub. Therefore, it seems all that we're waiting on is approval from product defect team to ship out replacement, yet TGW rep couldn't possibly manage to actually assist and help speed up the authorization process. Dwayne seems like he needs to get over himself. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. UPDATE: Sent email as requested to address provided here. Another waste of time. Just another reply stating that we have no update. Again, we’re not even dealing with another manufacturer/brand here. We’re simply requesting an update on the status of a TGW brand club that was sent from Kentucky to the TGW Indiana hub and we cannot even manage to get an update six weeks later, let alone “options to help get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.” Our initial goal was merely an update, however, we’ll not do repeat business at this point as the entire situation is asinine and off-putting.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly frustrating to be facing a delay with a warranty claim for your youth driver and to deal with an unhelpful customer service experience when checking for an update. We understand how disappointing it is to reach the six-week mark without clear communication or progress on a return sent to our regional facility. This is certainly not the level of support or service we want to provide. We’d like to look into this and review options with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and mark your message "Attn: The Customer Review Team" so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team

Company failed to ship on the date confirmed by email. Customer service also promised to link the order to my account so I could track it, but never did. I eventually found the status myself and discovered they had canceled the order a week after it was supposed to ship. No email, no notice, no explanation. I called to cancel another order and explained that these failures had caused me to lose trust in the company. The response was complete indifference. They simply continued with their script, including asking about a survey. Mistakes happen. Poor communication, broken commitments, and indifference when a customer leaves are harder to excuse. I suggest avoiding this company.

Thank you for leaving your honest feedback. You are completely justified in losing trust in us, and we want to apologize for how poorly your situation was handled. Failing to fulfill our commitments and treating you with indifference when you voiced your concerns is not acceptable. We want to make this right. Please email us at [email protected] so a manager can review your account, work out a fair resolution with you, and ensure any future orders are personally taken care of. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It highlights a critical area where our service failed, and we hope to have the chance to rebuild your trust.
