Totally sucks. I ordered a golf bag and pull cart and used a gift certificate. First I had to call in to use the certificate as it wouldn't validate online and the rep said it was a known problem. Then I get an email that the cart was cancelled. No information just flat out cancelled the order. I called and asked why they would take it upon themselves to cancel my order with no warning and no information and the woman said "it's because we are out of the product". When I said that's ridiculous that you can sell an item online and not know that you are out of it, she just said well that's the way it is. I asked her to price match with the other cart that was $20 more and she came back online and said they would. Then after 30+ minutes on the phone with her, she wanted to charge me more money--a LOT more money. She didn't understand that I used my $200 gift certificate and only owed $18 after my original purchase. She wanted to charge $110 to my credit card and give me $20 back. It was ridiculous. I still don't know if I am getting the other cart and my credit card was charged another $18. Very inept.

Ordered a Ping golf bag on Dec 20 with a delivery promise of Dec 24. Became concerned on Saturday the 22nd when I had still not received tracking info. My concern was amplified after reading the online reviews. Spoke to Tyler in CS and was assured that even though the shipment had not been processed he would work with his supervisor to provide overnight delivery. He came through and the delivery was made by Fedex at 10:30 am on the 24th. Good job.
