Fast, fast, fast shipping! It took me a while to find the exact set of irons I wanted and when I finally did on TGW.com I was cutting it close to a tournament for work. The second day air was very reasonable and it arrived in great shape. I had to call to make sure what was in stock was exactly what I had been fitted for and the rep was really nice, answered all my questions and started the order for me.

Thank you so much for the awesome feedback! We are thrilled to hear that we could help you get your exact fitted irons right in time for your work tournament. Our team always aims to make sure you have complete confidence in what you're buying, so we're glad our rep could help get everything sorted for you quickly. Play well in your tournament, and we hope those new irons treat you great out on the course! Let us know if you ever need anything else.

I got a good deal on an excellent pair of Nike golf shoes. The shoes arrived a day early and were pretty comfortable right out of the box with a brief break-in period.

That is awesome to hear! There's nothing better than scoring a great deal, especially when the shoes show up early and feel comfortable right away. Thank you for the fantastic feedback, and we hope they treat you well out on the course!

I purchased a set of Taylor Made P970 irons from TGW 3 months ago and had the head of the 5 iron snap off at the hosel. TGW arranged to have me ship the iron back and now want to give me store credit for the club. I keep telling their customer service people that I want a new or repaired club and not store credit. They have had the club for 4 weeks and still cannot provide an answer on how and when this will be issue will be resolved. Zero follow through on the part of TGW to get my issue resolved.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly disappointing to learn that the head of your TaylorMade iron snapped off and that you have faced a four-week delay without a clear resolution regarding a replacement or repair. This is certainly not the efficient or supportive service we want to provide our customers, especially when dealing with equipment issues. Since this occurred a few months ago, we can often still help and look into this to see what options are available. We want to investigate the status of your returned club and work toward a proper solution for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into it for you right away. Customer Review Team

I had to call tech support 3 or 4 times because the web site is so poor. I first ordered the item and it changed my size from large to XL. I told them to cancel the order. They said I had to reorder on the site. I did again making sure I correctly selected Large. The confirmation email said it was Medium. I called again and they said they would cancel the order and place it for me in Large. I was billed for all 3 and received the Large and Medium. I called support once more and they showed me the return process. It took several weeks before the partial refund for the Medium went through and I had to call my bank to dispute the duplicated charge. Eventually it came off (less return shipping cost).

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly disappointing to learn about the repetitive sizing glitches you encountered on our website, the resulting duplicate billing, and the fact that you had to pay return shipping and involve your bank to clear up the extra charges. This is certainly not the seamless or hassle-free experience we want for our customers. We can usually take care of this quickly, and we want to look into your account details to review options regarding that return shipping cost and ensure everything is fully resolved. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and mark your message "Attn: The Customer Review Team" so we can look into it for you right away. Customer Review Team

I ordered a couple boxes of Titleist Velocity balls that were listed in the Description as "Matte Orange". They were not Matte, they were high gloss, shiny balls that looked like something from a miniature golf course. I replied to TGW noting the color discrepancy but NO ONE REPLIED. I used one sleeve of 3 balls, and just donated the rest to our local First Tee chapter. But the lack of any reply was the worst part.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is disappointing to learn that you received Titleist Velocity balls in a high gloss finish rather than the matte orange described, and even more frustrating that our team failed to reply to your message. This is certainly not the responsive or accurate service we strive to provide our customers. We take your feedback seriously and want to look into why your initial reach-out went unanswered, as well as review options for your order. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further and ensure you are properly taken care of. Customer Review Team

I ordered a pair of pants size 38waist 32 length. They shipped 31 waist 32 length. I returned them on 6/1/26 and waiting for credit on my account.
Response from TGWJun 5, 2026
We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is disappointing to learn that you received the incorrect waist size and are now waiting on your credit to process. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide our customers, and we understand your eagerness to see that refund reflected on your account. Since your return was just initiated on June 1st, we can usually take care of this quickly once the package is processed. We want to look into your return status immediately and review your options to ensure this is resolved for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into it for you. Customer Review Team
