"We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly frustrating to learn that your order was abruptly canceled without warning and that you felt our pricing advertisement was misleading. We want to assure you that we take your trust very seriously and want to look into this to verify your order details. This is certainly not the transparent or supportive process we want for our customers. We can usually take care of this quickly, and we want to review your order details to see how we can make this right. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team"

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly frustrating to learn about the fulfillment delays you experienced and the confusion surrounding your tracking information, especially when you are eager to get your new gear out on the course. We understand how disappointing it is to see an order marked as shipped before it has actually left the facility. We usually fulfill orders within 72 business hours. We want to review your order details to ensure everything has been handled properly. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly frustrating to learn about the sizing glitch during your checkout, the missed opportunity to correct the order before it shipped, and the extended delay you have faced waiting for your refund on your Discover card. This is certainly not the seamless or supportive experience we want to provide our customers. We can usually take care of this quickly, and we want to investigate the status of your return to ensure your refund is fully processed and review options with you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team
