Originally sent the wrong bag in a completely different color. Emailed them and they quickly confirmed the right bag was unavailable, but found a suitable replacement that worked. Sent it out overnight to me before my golf trip took off.

Thank you for sharing your experience! While we regret sending the wrong bag initially, we are glad our team was able to quickly find a great replacement and overnight it to you in time for your golf trip. We truly appreciate your patience, and we hope you had a great time on the course!

I bought puma golf shoes and was sent a hat. Idk if one of your workers was trying to be funny or the company itself was trying to scam. I just don’t see how a hat a shoe can be mixed up. And I still haven’t gotten my refund yet
Response from TGWAug 3, 2026
We are really sorry to hear about your experience. It is incredibly frustrating to receive a hat instead of the Puma golf shoes you ordered and to still be waiting on your refund. We want to assure you that we take your trust very seriously, and we would like to look into this to verify your order details right away. We can usually take care of this quickly, and we want to review your account to make this right. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line so we can look into this for you right away. Customer Review Team
