I ordered some close out shorts and other than the fact that I want more in other colors but aren’t available but all else was fantastic. Great communication throughout, great turnaround (had my order within 7 days) and I really like the shorts. Will definitely order from TGW again.

It’s great to hear you love the shorts and had such a smooth experience from start to finish! Since those were closeout items, inventory can definitely go fast, but we're always updating our stock with new gear. Thank you for the awesome feedback and for choosing TGW. We look forward to helping you out on your next order!

The shoes I ordered didn’t show out of stock when I ordered them and now I have the 2nd est ship date at the end of June. That’ll be about 7 weeks……
Response from TGWJun 3, 2026
We are very sorry for the inventory mix-up and the long delay. You shouldn't have to wait 7 weeks for shoes that showed as in stock when you ordered them. We want to check on your order details right away to see if we can find an alternative that is ready to ship now or help you cancel it if you prefer. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into this for you immediately.

The buying experience was great I would like to be able to try different putters as I do like the one I purchased but now I wonder if another style would be more suitable for myself. Just a thought, thanks for always being there when I need golf supplies keep up the good work.

Was sent the wrong club 2 hybrid instead of 3. But when I looked on the website the 3 was sold out so I just kept the wrong club
Response from TGWJun 2, 2026
We are happy to hear that you decided to keep the club, but we are truly sorry that the wrong item was sent to you in the first place. Receiving a 2-hybrid instead of the 3-hybrid you ordered is definitely a mistake on our part, and we understand how frustrating it is to find out the correct item was already sold out online. We appreciate your flexibility in keeping the club, but we still want to make this right and look into your order details. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and include "Attn: The Customer Review Team" in the subject line. We would like the opportunity to review your options and ensure you are properly taken care of for the mix-up. Customer Review Team
