We ordered a mini fridge & a mini freezer expecting it to be an easy delivery. Only the fridge arrived. I refused delivery. Delivery courier was aggressive & it took 5 minutes to refuse delivery. Tesco staff said they've had this problem before- when more than one item is ordered at the same time, they're given the same dispatch code and couriers sometimes assume it's a duplicate mistake & you only end up with one item delivered. I suggested they use a different courier, they said they can't. After the ordeal with the DPD courier we won't be ordering from Tesco again! Gone with another company for a slightly higher price who uses more sensible couriers where the items actually arrive & the courier is pleasant.

Ordered a wardrobe An selected a delivery date An still never came on time. 4 days late! They use cheap and wrong size screws An leave the customers to make there own holes for the screws on the door. Cheap wood which has now cracked 4 times from just putting screws in. Never ever order from here

My order failed to arrive on the promised delivery date, so I wanted a revised delivery date, not much to ask you would think. Contacted Tesco and got this reply, "I can advise that as this has been ordered from our partner, Happy beds, payment for your order has gone to them and they are best placed to deal with any queries that you may have with your order". Tesco, you are the retailer and should be dealing with your customer's queries, not passing them on to your partner, or their delivery company. Tesco are taking your money and your order and if anything goes wrong, they walk away. The problem was finally resolved and delivery made, NO THANKS TO TESCO. I would recommend you buy direct from the supplier, as Tesco are just acting as order takers. By the way Tesco, the contact number for Happy Beds, provided on your despatch note, was INCORRECT. You show the number a starting 333... which is a premium telephone directory site! The number should start 0333. UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE.

Four promises of delivery: not one adhered to. Tesco don't seem to realise that using inferior couriers reflects very badly on them. They apologise and apologise but no wine shows up. I clearly will not be buying wine from Tesco again and nor should anyone else until they have sorted themselves out.

Have ordered multiple times with zero issues. Ordered a variety of PS4 hardware and games. Home delivery was prompt items received on time exactly as described. In store collection was very simple just had to show my bank card. Picked up ps4 pro and aim controller farpoint combo this way (work often so home delivery can be issue). 100% happy with the service I have received!

My husband placed an order on the 26th of March and received a confirmation and delivery date. They're supposed to deliver it yesterday and it didn't happen. Then they said today and again, it wasn't delivered. Very disappointing and frustrating to wait for something that is not coming. Unacceptable. My husband rang them and their excuse, "you gave us a wong contact number", my husband checked Tesco confirmation letter sent to us and his number was there and was correct. Never will use Tesco Direct again.

I ordered a trampoline for my kids for Easter as a present and when it came to selecting a delivery date I selected it to come on 31st March (Saturday) between 7am - 7pm. My order was dispatched to XPO for delivery and they attempted to deliver a day early (Friday) but nobody was at home and expected it to come on the day selected at check out. I contacted Tesco who then replied telling me that XPO got the deliver date mixed up and they would deliver on 3rd April but yet again they failed to deliver. I have now spoken with Atleast 10 different customer service advisors from Tesco and still I do not know when my order will arrive as nobody seems interested in dealing with this problem. I will never order anything online from Tesco again and they have the cheek to charge £7.95 for this delivery service but won’t take responsibility when there has been a problem with the service. A large retailer such as Tesco should be able to be more proactive in dealing with these problems and making sure their customers are satisfied with the service they have paid for. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere first before ordering anything from Tesco and don’t expect customer service to go out of their way to help resolve any problems you have with them.

Horrible customer service- Ordered a TV and was advised it would be in store on the 31st - It was not. I was told that that order would be cancelled and an a replacement delivered to the store for the 3rd - After the original order was placed on the March 29th it is now April 3rd and I still do not have a TV - I called customer service this morning and was advised it was on the way and would be in store today. Obviously they can't manage to move 1 item from one store to the other in a weeks time, pretty much shows you that its a gamble ordering from them. Very disappointed I don't recommend then and will no longer be shopping with them. A.O. is likely a better alternative...
