Had to wait in most of the day but came in the end would youse again

Ordered from here previously and it even came fast and in perfect condition, unsure who they used to courier though. Product was a pc tower. Ordered a tv last Wednesday, did not turn up on date, rang up and spoke to a lovely lady but she didn't seem to have a clue where it had ended up, it had vanished. Swiftly she ordered a new one for next day (tomorrow, express delivery) so fingers crossed, have to wait and see what happens.

Incorrect system notifications Preordered Guardians of the Galaxy 2 boxset. I noticed this had not been dispatched the Friday before release (it was released on the monday) I contacted them via Twitter and asked when they will dispatch and why they hadnt in time for release. I got a response saying contact them again if i do not receive it for release. I received the boxset on the saturday morning the same day i had a dispatch email. Surely this should have been sent the day it was dispatched? Makes me doubt the My account page and the accuracy of the information being provided

We ordered a pair of wardrobes at a good price and they arrived quickly. However one was badly damaged. Their customer support was helpful and we received a replacement 48 hours later. Unfortunately we were left with the damaged item for several more days as collection was arranged separately.

I am giving tesco direct 3 star for stating delivery within 3 to 5 working days for delivery of a fridge but then still not having the item after 10 working days, also using a company like arrow xl who are extremely difficult to reach. In the end got delivery after 14 days after

Received pyjamas with a hole in them! Phoned them up and they sent a new set within 2 days - great customer service. Was also told I could keep the holey pyjamas; bonus! Quick delivery time.

Ordered 5 items from tescodirect.com and on checkout specified that ALL items should be delivered to me, and NOT collected from nearest store. 2 small Items were delivered to me and I was informed that 3 (bulky) items were waiting for me at the store to collect. Called customer services and they could not explain the situation or how I might have the other 3 items delivered. "Why can't you just pick them up from the store?" they enquired. "Because I don't have a big enough car" I responded. And why should I when I had expressly ordered that they should be delivered to my address? The customer agent on the phone was useless and offered no alternatives for me - "Computer Says No" - I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she WAS the supervisor (God forbid). I hung up at that point. I emailed the chairman of Tesco in the end, and he passed the problem along to the relevant authority in his chain of command and they refunded me the cost of the stuff I was unable to collect and returned it from the store to the warehouse. Nightmare from start to finish. John Lewis for me next time.

They are ok but now that they have a lot more competition they seem to have lost their edge and sparkle.
